Welcome inside
The holiday home and in­te­gra­ted garage were built in 2023 using top-quality materials, and thanks to a keen sense of style, every room is bright and inviting. In addition to the five bedrooms, there are extra sleeping spaces in the loft, allowing for up to ten adults and two children. At the heart of the house, the living room and kitchen combine to create an im­pres­si­ve open-plan space with high ceilings, acoustic panels, and large windows. In the well-equipped quality kitchen, bar stools and a bench provide a cozy gathering spot for part of the group to enjoy an aperitif and chat while dinner is being prepared. When the meal is ready, there’s room for everyone at the long dining table, and af­terwards, you can enjoy some fun in the game room with billiards and table football. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you might prefer a laid-back moment on the living room sofa in front of the flat-screen TV – or a soak in the bathtub in one of the house’s two bathrooms.

Enjoy life outside
From the bathroom, you have direct access to the outdoor shower, which is just a short distance from the sauna and hot tub – perfect for year-round enjoyment. The large wooden terrace, which faces south and west, is par­ti­cu­lar­ly de­light­ful on sunny days – imagine sitting here for a lovely lunch or lingering long into the bright summer evenings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Karpen is one of the quiet streets in the newly developed holiday home area south of Løkken – right by Løkken’s golf course and just a kilometer from the beautiful beach and the North Sea. From the holiday home, you also have easy access to Nybæk Plan­ta­tion, perfect for walks in lush green sur­ro­un­dings, as well as many other scenic spots to explore in North Jutland. If you’re craving city life, re­stau­rant visits, or shopping, you can reach the center of Løkken in just under 15 minutes on foot.

Remember, at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots. Simply pick them up at our office and return them once your holiday is over.
