On the 1,217 m2 plot, you can play on the lawn and relax on the terrace at the end of the closed Kristavej, just 800 meters from Grønhøj Beach.

Welcome inside
The holiday home has been thor­oug­hly renovated, so all rooms appear neat and well-main­tai­ned. The color tones are light, and in the living room, there is a vaulted ceiling, large windows, and an open con­nection between the kitchen and the living room, all con­tri­bu­ting to the great sense of space. On a cool day, you can light the wood stove while you enjoy cooking or unwind on the sofa. If you really need to relax and warm up, it’s de­light­ful to enjoy a warm hot tub and a sauna session. Both are available in the large bathroom, which also includes a shower, while the washing machine and dryer are in the entrance area. There are three bedrooms, all furnished with good double beds and wardrobes.

Enjoy life outside
The outdoor sur­ro­un­dings are par­ti­cu­lar­ly child-friendly. The plot is located at the end of a closed road, and there is plenty of space to play ball and enjoy the lawn. The play structure with swings will surely be a hit with the younger guests, while the entire family can benefit from the lovely wooden terrace that extends around the house. There are several nice seating areas, including a covered area, so it's easy to find the perfect spot no matter the time of day.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Grønhøj is a wonderful place to vacation all year round. The North Sea, just 800 meters from the holiday home, is a stunning sight when the autumn wind whips the waves, and in summer, it’s de­light­ful to spend hours building sandcast­les and relaxing on a blanket on the wide sandy beach. If you feel like a little excursion, it only takes a few minutes to drive to Løkken, and if you head south, you’ll quickly reach Blokhus and the popular amusement park Fårup Som­mer­land.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly from the office and return them to us when your holiday is over.
