Situated at the end of a road and atop a dune, the house provides bre­ath­taking views of the sur­ro­un­ding area and the North Sea. Modern in design, the house features expansive glass facades that let in the unique North Jutland light and offer direct views of the large dune plot, which borders the beach at Grønhøj. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, ensuring everyone can stay connected even while engaging in different acti­vi­ties. One section of the house is designed as a wellness area, featuring a luxurious spa with sea views, and access to an annex with an infrared sauna and a shower for ultimate re­laxa­tion. No­tewort­hy are the durable and stylish epoxy floors throug­hout the house, which add a modern touch. The house is heated by a heat pump, a wood-burning stove, and electric radiators in the bedrooms (no un­der­floor heating).

The house is just 50 meters from the shoreline, easily ac­ces­sib­le via a private path, making morning and evening swims almost mandatory! The property spans a 2,736 m² natural plot with beau­ti­ful­ly designed terrace areas, including a covered west-facing section perfect for barbecues and sunsets. With terraces oriented to multiple di­rections, you can always find a sunny or sheltered spot, even when the brisk Westerly winds blow from the sea.
