Welcome inside

When you step inside the holiday home, you'll im­me­di­a­te­ly feel the cosiness and space for you to enjoy your holiday together. The large east and south-facing windows in the house provide a lovely influx of light, bringing the garden right inside. The light wooden walls throug­hout create a lovely cottage at­mosp­he­re, so you can look forward to your holiday here!

The living room and kitchen are the gathering space of the house, and the open-plan kitchen makes it possible to prepare dinner while still being able to talk about the day's ex­pe­ri­en­ces with those sitting in the living room. The kitchen is a fun­ctio­nal holiday home kitchen where you can look out at the sur­ro­un­dings and have all the necessary kitchen fa­ci­li­ties at hand. The dining table is an extension of the kitchen and there's room for you all to eat together or play a game. Next to the dining table and living room is a garden door to a south-facing covered terrace, so it's also great to take your meals outside and enjoy the views of nature and garden.

In the sofa corner facing the large east-facing window, the wood-burning stove creates a warm and cosy cottage at­mosp­he­re. It's perfect to sit here with a book or switch on a good film. Here you can really relax and enjoy being on holiday.

The holiday home has 4 inviting bedrooms that can sleep a total of 8 people. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom where you can get a good night's sleep. The rooms are di­stri­bu­ted so that 2 of the rooms face the courtyard and 2 have windows facing the garden.

The bathrooms are a good size and the utility room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, so there's plenty of pra­cti­ca­li­ty when the whole family is in the holiday home.

The holiday home is located in the beautiful holiday colony Pøt Strandby close to Ju­els­min­de.

The house is located in an enclosed cove close to the forest and beach, so you can enjoy your holiday in secluded and peaceful sur­ro­un­dings.

The house is sur­ro­un­ded by a lovely garden with a lawn, so there is plenty of space to play ball, take a swing or lie on the grass and enjoy the fresh sea air.

A wooden terrace wraps around the house, which is sure to become your favourite place to enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon tea. On the south-facing terrace, you can gather outside on lovely summer evenings, which is also covered.

A few minutes' walk from the house is a natural play­gro­und where children and adults alike can play or you can take your loved ones by the hand on a short walk down to the local beach where nature is close by.

The holiday home is located in the cosy and scenic holiday colony in Pøt Strandby. The beach is only 250 metres from the holiday home and invites you for long walks and re­laxa­tion.

Pøt Strandby is located approx. 8 km from the cosy harbour town of Ju­els­min­de, which is a 10-minute drive away.

Ju­els­min­de is cha­ra­cte­ri­sed by its cosy maritime harbour, child-friendly beaches and the pleasant town centre with several exciting shops, good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, re­stau­rants and at­tra­ctions. The area is peaceful and relaxing, and there are plenty of acti­vi­ties for the family to enjoy.

Discover the brand new Nature Play Park located close to the harbour with 8-metre high play towers located on top of Odels­b­jer­get, a wealth of play equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, courts and chal­len­ges, as well as 2 new padel tennis courts. The varied range of acti­vi­ties means you can play and be chal­len­ged for hours.

Half an hour's drive away is Horsens with the exciting Prison Museum and Aqua Forum. In the Pøt Strandby area there are many good trails in beautiful nature. For example, you can take a walk through the forest to Nørgaard Strand. We recommend a walk along the coastal path - either to Snaptun or Ju­els­min­de or take a walk around the local park at Palsgaard Estate.
