The house has a light and spacious living room with a nice dining area. In the living room there is a TV with Danish and German channels. Nice little kitchen with dis­hwas­her. The house can ac­com­moda­te 8 people in 3 rooms. Well main­tai­ned bathroom with shower. A small utility room. For the small guest there is a chil­dren's bed, a high chair and a small bathtub. There is also a playroom / activity room for the children located in the garden. It is possible from the house to keep an eye on the playroom so that the children can play freely, but with su­per­vi­sion from the house. For the smallest guests there is also baby bath and changing table.

Outdoor
The house is located on a high spot at the end of a quiet road. Nice garden which en­cou­ra­ges play with the children. To the north and east there is a veranda with a view to the fjord, to the south there is a covered terrace.

Location
The holiday home is located in the cozy and child-friendly holiday home area As Vig. In the area there is a play­gro­und with a sandpit, ball court and play tower. Just 200 meters from the cottage there is a child-friendly sandy beach. It is possible to purchase approx. 2 km from the house and Ju­els­min­de can be reached in less than 10 min. by car. There are always many acti­vi­ties in the summer and a really nice harbor with many yachts. In approx. 5 quarters one can be at Legoland or in Aarhus with the ARoS art museum.
