Welcome inside

This luxurious 12-person pool house with whirlpool and sauna is located close to the sea. There are five spacious bedrooms and a sleeping loft. There are also two bathrooms. You can therefore look forward to plenty of space. The heart of your holiday home is the open, large kitchen, living and dining area, where you will spend many cosy hours and fun game nights with your loved ones. Your precious time together will be hig­hligh­ted by a cosy, beautiful living at­mosp­he­re. Thanks to its location close to the water, there are fantastic op­portu­ni­ties for walks on the beach, fun days at the water's edge and various water sports. After a long, active day in the fresh sea air, the sauna and whirlpool in the holiday home will treat you to pure re­laxa­tion. There is a small chil­dren's pool right next to the swimming pool, so you can all swim and splash around to your heart's content.

Enjoy life outside

Your holiday home is located at the end of a self-contained holiday home area with small paths and trails. Only 300 metres separate you from the water. The beach in the bay of Ebeltoft is ideal for children. There are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to play, build sandcast­les and collect great stones. Back at the house, you can enjoy meals together on the large, beautiful terrace, which is sur­ro­un­ded by nature. The roof terrace, on the other hand, spoils you with a fantastic view of the sur­ro­un­ding area. This appealing holiday home offers you and your loved ones the perfect setting for a relaxed, fun-filled holiday, where the focus is on cosiness, fun and re­laxa­tion.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The area around Øer is charming and extremely family-friendly. A rich variety of wildlife and birdlife awaits you all around. From your holiday home, you can walk to the beautiful beach and the Øer Maritime Ferieby holiday complex, where you can do your daily shopping during the summer months. Various hiking trails and a 13-kilometre MTB trail invite you to spend active hours in the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings. Around six ki­lo­metres separate you and your family from the historic town of Ebeltoft, which boasts a variety of sights. In the town's harbour, you will find the famous glass museum, several good re­stau­rants and fis­h­mon­gers who offer freshly caught fish every day. The famous old town hall, Det Gamle Rådhus, welcomes you in the city centre, where countless couples from all over the world get married every year for good reason. In the summer months, Ebelt­oft's popular night watchman awaits you at the old town hall every evening at 8pm and 9pm, ready to patrol the pi­c­tu­resque, dark alleyways with you, singing along the way. You can marvel at wild animals up close during a jeep safari in the popular Ree Park. Around an hour's drive takes you to the largest amusement park in the north, which will make the eyes of young and old alike light up with its many rides.

The holiday home can be rented for a short holiday in the low season.
In the high season, the holiday home is generally rented on a weekly base - from Saturday to Saturday.
