With a beautiful location, close to the beach and marina, you’ll find this well-main­tai­ned holiday home. There are sea views both from the house as well from the garden. The house contains a living room with a wood stove. In open plan to the living room is the kitchen with dis­hwas­her. Lovely bathroom with washing machine. In addition, there are two bedrooms with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. For the children, there is a high chair, crib, swing and a sandbox.

The Area
Skødshoved is a very family friendly area near the small marina over­look­ing the Bay of Aarhus. The house is located approx. a half hour drive from Ebeltoft City and its many exciting acti­vi­ties. Among other things the Frigate Jutland, the Old Town Hall, the Glass Museum and Ree Park. Ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 1 hour drive to the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Randers Ra­in­fo­rest.
