Welcome inside
The inviting holiday home is situated so that you can enjoy nature and your holiday to the full. Outside, the property is fenced and shielded.It can sleep 8 people in 4 bedrooms - two in the main house and two in the annexe. The heart of the house is the kitchen, living and dining area. Com­fortab­le seating in front of the TV invites you to spend relaxing hours. The te­le­vi­sion has several Danish, German, Norwegian and Swedish channels and is equipped with Chro­mecast so that you can use your private streaming subscrip­tions via your smartp­ho­ne or tablet. Free WiFi is available. The fireplace ensures pleasant tem­pe­ra­tu­res and maximum holiday home at­mosp­he­re on colder evenings. Two glazed sides allow you to enjoy the view of the open fire in the living room and in the kitchen and dining area. Un­der­floor air-to-water heating and a solar heating system are also available. The open-plan kitchen is in­te­gra­ted into the living area and offers good con­di­tions for preparing your meals. In front of the kitchen is the dining area for 8 people. In the kitchen, an induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven and coffee machine make your everyday tasks easier. Thanks to the open-plan living solution, you can even join in con­ver­sa­tions at the dining table while cooking. Look out of the windows and enjoy the view of nature. Through the patio door, you step directly out onto a large wooden terrace. From the kitchen and dining area, you can access one of the bedrooms. A bathroom is located by the entrance area, from which you can also access the other bedroom and the utility room. Both bedrooms in the main house each have a double bed.

Annexe
The hallway allows you to step outside and walk around the house. This leads to the entrance of the large out­bu­il­ding next to the house. The annexe boasts an activity room where you can play billiards, table tennis and darts. There is also a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The annexe is heated by a heat pump.

Enjoy life outside
Enjoy the large, un­dis­tur­bed wooden terrace, which is perfect for savouring life in the open air and the view over the co­un­trysi­de to the full. This terrace extends around the house. A patio door opens onto the dining area. You have several seating areas at your disposal in different places. This means you can easily find a sunny or sheltered spot at any time. There are several good sets of garden furniture and a gas barbecue on the terrace. Your terrace is sur­ro­un­ded by a fence to keep your children and dog safe. Not a tra­di­tio­nal garden, but plenty of other nature.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The at­tra­cti­ve location of this holiday home pearl is in the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park. It is also close to the historic town of Ebeltoft with all its in­te­r­e­sting sights. You can visit the "Frigates Jylland", the old town hall "Det Gamle Rådhus", the glass museum and the popular "Ree-Park". You can also reach the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Djurs Som­mer­land within around half an hour's drive. An hour's drive separates you from the "Randers Regnskov".
