In this holiday home, renovated in 2022, you will find every comfort you could wish for your holiday. The house offers many po­s­si­bi­li­ties for the active family - whether you want to spend time indoors or outdoors.

Welcome inside
Spending cosy hours playing together and cooking at the same time? No problem, as the open-plan kitchen allows you to socialise with family members at the dining table and in the living room. If you fancy a game of pool, the pool table is waiting for you, while a visit to the wellness area with whirlpool and sauna might be the best thing for your loved ones. So when it comes to re­laxa­tion, all options are open to you. The house has a total of five bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is great if you are tra­vel­ling as a large family. This means everyone gets a good night's sleep and the queue for the bathroom is kept to a minimum the following morning.

Enjoy life outside
The house is located on a large plot of land that allows for many outdoor acti­vi­ties. The children can play in the sandpit or on the swings. If you want to go mountain biking, you will find good MTB tracks nearby. Whether you prefer long or short walks, the sur­ro­un­ding area offers many hiking routes. A trip to the ferry terminal is also recom­men­ded.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The area around Øer is a cosy and popular holiday area, with proximity to forest and beach. The latter is cha­ra­cte­ri­sed by shallow water and sand. However, in some places there is also a mixture of stones and sand. As already mentioned, there are excellent con­di­tions for mountain bikers in the area, such as a 13-kilometre route divided into different levels of dif­fi­culty. From the house, it is only a five-minute drive to Ebeltoft harbour, where you will find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. There are several good re­stau­rants in the harbour. You can also always buy freshly caught fish here. In the cosy cobbled streets of Ebeltoft, you'll find many cosy little cafés and in­te­r­e­sting shops, e.g. with arts and crafts. And last but not least, the town's most visited at­tra­ction, the old town hall, is located here, where people from near and far say ‘I do’ every year. The Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Djurs Som­mer­land, the largest amusement park in Scan­di­navia, are only an hour's drive from the house. We recommend a visit to one or more of the many parks that Djursland has to offer, such as Ree Park Safari Park and Skan­di­na­visk Dyrepark. And you should de­fi­ni­te­ly plan a long hike in the unique Mols Bjerge National Park.
