Welcome inside
The house offers a bright and open living room with a cosy dining area and a com­fortab­le sofa by the wood-burning stove. Next to the dining area is a cosy corner where you can relax with a good book or enjoy a quiet moment. Here you can also stream a film on the TV with Chro­mecast. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped, including a dis­hwas­her, and just outside you'll find a terrace with sun loungers - perfect for a break in the sun while the food simmers. There are three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and two on the first floor. One room has a double and single bed and a French balcony, while the other has a double and two single beds and a covered balcony over­look­ing the garden. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a sauna, and in the shed you'll find a washing machine and microwave.

The house's large enclosed garden is a dream for children and dogs alike, with plenty of room to play. The covered terrace has a bridge directly to the hot tub - ideal for a relaxing evening under the stars. Here you can barbecue, enjoy the tranquil­li­ty and feel the fresh coastal air.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is located in Øer Højden, up on the slope and close to both forest and beach. The area offers a mix of sand and pebble beach with shallow water, making it ideal for families with children. Ad­ven­tu­rous ho­li­day­ma­kers can try their hand at mountain biking on the 13 km long track or kite surfing at the nearby spot. Visit Ebelt­oft's cosy cobbled streets, the Glass Museum or enjoy a freshly caught fish at the harbour. In addition, both the Kattegat Centre and Djurs Som­mer­land are within an hour's drive.
