Welcome inside

In the nort­her­n­most part of Djursland, you'll find this holiday home, which was renovated in 2021. As you step inside, you're warmly greeted by the cozy kitchen-living room, where the warmth of the wood-burning stove blends perfectly with the modern comfort of the heat pump. The kitchen is fully equipped with eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare delicious holiday meals, and the con­di­tions for a relaxing vacation are right in front of you. From the dining area in the kitchen-living room, a door leads you into the inviting living room, where you can unwind after a day full of ad­ven­tu­res and to­get­her­ness, watch TV, or read a good book. Challenge each other in air hockey or table football and let the winner decide what you’ll do tomorrow. The bright and lovely bathroom is a great place to freshen up. The house offers plenty of space for everyone, with four wonderful bedrooms. There are two rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds that can be made into a double bed, and a room with a bunk bed that the kids will love.

The holiday home is located in a lovely holiday home area on an enclosed plot, only 400 meters from the beautiful beach. The garden is large and ideal for play and ball games, so the children can have fun while the adults relax. There are two terraces – both equipped with outdoor furniture, sunbeds, and a grill – perfect spots to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful view of the landscape. Whether you want to have a peaceful moment in the morning sun or enjoy a barbecue dinner in the warm evening hours, there is plenty of space and op­portu­ni­ty to make your holiday extra com­fortab­le.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The house is located in a scenic holiday home area, only 400 meters from the beach, which is one of Djursland's most di­stin­cti­ve bathing areas. Along the coast, you'll find fjord-like bottoms, and if you walk out beyond the shallow water, you'll encounter sandbanks – and then the sea stretches as far as the eye can see. About 10 km from the house is the small ferry dock at Udbyhøj, home to Denmark's only cable ferry, which takes you across Randers Fjord, the outlet of the Gudenå River into the Kattegat. Here you'll find a beautiful white beach with a blue flag and some of the cleanest bathing water. There's also a marina and great fishing op­portu­ni­ties. If you're into nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces, we recommend a visit to the Fjord Centre, which focuses on nature and outdoor life, with plenty of acti­vi­ties for the active family. You should also visit Gl. Estrup Castle, the me­ga­lit­hic tombs at Tustrup, and Djurs Som­mer­land, the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, which is less than a half hour's drive from the house and always comes up with something new each year.
