The open-plan spaces with large windows create a light and airy at­mosp­he­re, giving you the feeling of being close to nature while enjoying all modern con­ve­ni­en­ces. The open-plan kitchen family room allows you to prepare delicious meals while engaging in cosy con­ver­sa­tions or games with the kids.

To ensure your total re­laxa­tion, we have included a hot tub in the holiday home. This allows you to pamper yourself and let all worries disappear. After a day of adventure, you can relax in the private hot tub that is available all year round.

Located on a closed road, privacy and peace are gu­a­ran­te­ed, making it the ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You'll discover many trails right outside the door, inviting you to take relaxing walks and explore the sur­ro­un­ding co­un­trysi­de.

For nature lovers, there's nothing like waking up in the morning and taking a fresh walk along the coast or in the sur­ro­un­ding natural en­viron­ment. The sea breeze and fresh air are sure to rej­u­ve­na­te your senses and give you a true respite from everyday stress.

The large terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a good book while taking in the beauty of nature around you with all your senses.

The garden is a playful paradise where you and your family or friends can engage in fun acti­vi­ties. Much of the grounds are ‘wild on purpose’, so bi­o­di­ver­si­ty thrives and you can be a spectator.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The area around Øer is a lovely and popular holiday area close to forest and beach. The beach is known for its shallow water and fine sand. There may also be parts of the beach that consist of a mixture of stones and sand.

If you are in­te­r­e­sted in mountain biking, there is a 13 km long cycle track in the area that is divided into different levels of dif­fi­culty.

From the house it takes about 5 minutes to drive to the harbour in Ebeltoft, where you'll find the Glass Museum, a leader in modern glass art. There are also several good places to eat at the harbour, and you always have the op­portu­ni­ty to buy freshly caught fish. Ebelt­oft's cosy cobbled streets are lined with in­te­r­e­sting shops selling han­di­crafts and cosy little cafés. Here you can also visit the town's most popular at­tra­ction, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married.

From the house, it's about an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, Djurs Som­mer­land. We can also recommend a visit to one or more of the many other parks that Djursland has to offer, such as Ree Park, Skan­di­na­visk Dyrepark, and last but not least, we recommend a long walk in Mols Bjerge National Park.
