Your holiday home underwent an extensive renova­tion in 2023, during which the owner has beau­ti­ful­ly showcased the original, classic holiday home charm with new, modern elements. The elegant her­ring­bo­ne parquet flooring and the rustic wooden walls and ceilings create a warm, inviting living at­mosp­he­re. The large blue kitchen and dining area invite you to cosy get-togethers. There is plenty of space around the large dining table for you and your family or friends. A patio door leads you directly out onto an im­pres­si­ve wooden terrace. Your holiday home comprises three bedrooms: a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed, a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds. The bathroom is also plea­sant­ly spacious. There is a practical utility area with plenty of space and storage fa­ci­li­ties. Not for­get­ting the charming con­ser­va­tory, where you can cosy up on up­holste­red furniture to your heart's content.

Enjoy life outside
The large terrace with a view over Kalø Vig promises the best holiday pleasures. You can expect a great hot tub, a barbecue area and plenty of space to enjoy relaxing hours and meals together outdoors. The lawn will not only encourage your children to play football and run around - provided you are not on the beach, which is only 280 metres away. The best way to round off a long day of sun, sand and beach is with a large ice cream at the nearby ice cream parlour.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Følle Strand is a popular holiday area with a child-friendly sandy beach and various other amenities. On the beach you can enjoy the view of the Kalø castle ruins and Mols Bjerge. You're sure to enjoy watching the windsur­fers who regularly take to the water in front of the beach. Within a short time, you and your loved ones can reach many of Djursland's famous at­tra­ctions. Visit the in­te­r­e­sting Kattegat Centre in Grenå, Tivoli Friheden in Aarhus or the largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Som­mer­land. The Mols Bjerge National Park with its unique landsca­pes will not only take nature lovers' breath away. If you want to enjoy a little urban flair in between, Aarhus and Ebeltoft are the perfect desti­na­tions. Ebelt­oft's pi­c­tu­resque cobbled streets, lined with crooked half-timbered houses and hol­lyho­cks, are full of hi­sto­ri­cal charm. The vibrant city of Aarhus, on the other hand, offers great shopping and countless cultural hig­hlights. Not far from your holiday home, the village of Rønde welcomes you with good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, a tranquil at­mosp­he­re and several re­stau­rants.
