Welcome inside
The holiday home is a very well-main­tai­ned and inviting holiday home where you im­me­di­a­te­ly feel at home. The house has an open and bright kitchen-dining room, where the kitchen is nicely connected to the dining table and the living room.

From the cooking area, you can see the entire living room and out into the garden. So you can easily prepare an evening meal while chatting with those who have made them­sel­ves com­fortab­le in the living room. The dining table has plenty of seating for all of you, and the large windows that provide plenty of natural light inside and a view of the garden.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows continue into the living room, where the garden door opens up to the covered terrace. This brings the sur­ro­un­dings right into the living room and makes it easy to get out onto the terrace when the weather permits. The living room also has a sofa corner and armchairs where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. In the centre of the living room is a wood-burning stove, so you can easily turn up the warmth and cosiness. Of course, you can also turn on the TV and relax with a good film.

In addition to the kitchen and living room, where you will un­doub­ted­ly spend hours together, the holiday home also has two good bedrooms. Both bedrooms have com­fortab­le double beds and plenty of closet space, so you're sure to get a good night's sleep. The interior design of the house offers plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for you to socialise with each other, and at the same time you can retire and take a break.

The house has two toilets. One bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is bright and inviting. The other toilet is smaller, but provides extra comfort for you if you are 4 people in the house. The hallway provides an extra practical space when you come home from a swim or arrive with your coats and bags.

Enjoy life outside
Sur­ro­un­ding the house is a lovely plot of land with a lawn for playing and relaxing. Trees and shrubs around the plot provide privacy. The large covered terrace is ideal for enjoying holiday meals or simply relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. The terrace faces south, so it's sunny for much of the day.

On the east side of the house there is also a terrace that is sheltered between the house, out­bu­il­ding and shrubs. We recommend that you enjoy your morning coffee here. There is also parking space at the house, so the pra­cti­ca­li­ties are in place. All that remains is to enjoy your holiday in the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings.

Get close to the local ex­pe­ri­en­ces
The holiday home is located at Mårup Øster­strand, which is a quiet holiday home area close to a lovely beach. After a short walk, you'll find a sandy beach where it's perfect for a re­fres­hing dip.

In Mårup there is a grocery store and you can also rent a bike here. It's great to ex­pe­ri­en­ce Samsø by bike, as the small villages and nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces are close to each other. Mårup Harbour is located approx. 1.5 ki­lo­metres from Mårup town and is a peaceful little harbour town in a beautiful location.

Nordby is a charming and historic village with a street pond and the iconic clock tower. You can easily find a place to enjoy a good lunch or an ice cream in Nordby. Don't miss out on a trip around Nordby Bakker. Visit Bal­leb­jerg, Samsø's highest point, which offers a beautiful view of Jutland and Tunø.

Southern Samsø also offers many cosy villages where you can find local shops, cafés and galleries. In Tra­neb­jerg there are several grocery stores, Samsø Museum and the island's tourist in­for­ma­tion centre. In the cosy harbour town of Ballen, there is plenty of life and several re­stau­rants and shops in the summer.

Samsø offers many ex­pe­ri­en­ces for both kids and adults, and you can always find beautiful places to visit or good food to eat.
