Here, holiday life unfolds in scenic sur­ro­un­dings – in fact, even when you are sitting in the living room, you have a view of the lovely pine trees and wild ve­ge­ta­tion of the natural plot.

Welcome inside
The summer house has been standing in this beautiful landscape since 1968, and in the meantime, several great updates have been made. The lovely kitchen is equipped with a height-ap­pro­p­ri­a­te oven, dis­hwas­her, and other modern con­ve­ni­en­ces, making it ideal for preparing dinner. The kitchen opens directly into a large living room, which features large windows that ensure ample natural light and an unob­structed view of the natural plot. With a good cup of coffee, an exciting book, and a fire in the wood-burning stove, the cozy at­mosp­he­re is truly top-notch – and if you’re lucky, you may even see deer and pheasants visiting the garden while you relax in the seating area. The layout also includes three good bedrooms and a bathroom that features a washing machine. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a dryer available in the garage.

Enjoy life outside
Around the house, there are several terraces where you can sit and enjoy the relaxing holiday life. The south-facing terrace area is partially covered, so even if a summer shower passes by, it won’t stop you from staying outside. Between the house and the garage, there is a lawn where you can play or sunbathe, and the natural ve­ge­ta­tion is allowed to grow freely on the 2.500 m² large plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The small summer house road, Sko­vska­den, runs very close to the Stormen­ge­ne bird reserve, which is an important habitat for many wading birds. From the summer house, it is also not far to Sønder­strand, which is a specta­cu­lar sandy beach known as one of the widest in Europe. At Sønder­strand and Lakolk Beach, there are plenty of acti­vi­ties to enjoy: in addition to swimming in the North Sea, you can ride along the shoreline, fly kites, drive right down to the water, and try various forms of wind sports. If you feel like something to eat, there are several re­stau­rants and cafes scattered around Rømø – including in the nearby Havneby, where you will also find a well-stocked su­per­mar­ket, fis­h­mon­ger, bike rental, and a golf course.
