With a wood stove, conservatory, nice terraces, and play facilities in the garden, a wonderful summer house vacation awaits at Strandskaden 5 in Sønderstrand—regardless of the weather or season.

Welcome inside
The summer house is a solid brick property that has a bright and inviting atmosphere indoors. A well-equipped, modern kitchen is integrated with the living room, which features a vaulted ceiling, wood stove, flat-screen TV, and comfortable furnishings—and there is also underfloor heating, so you won’t have cold feet even on colder days. When the weather is warmer, the adjacent conservatory may become your favorite indoor spot, as you can sit in close contact with the nature plot. A spacious utility room, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet are part of the layout, and finally, three lovely bedrooms await you when it’s time for bed.

Enjoy life outside
The nature plot is a delightful base for both children and adults, whether you need to relax or are in the mood for play and games. Surrounded by pine trees and other beautiful vegetation, there is plenty of space to enjoy life—such as on the partially covered terrace area that extends to the south and west of the summer house. The trampoline is sure to be a hit for the younger guests, and the outdoor shower will likely bring joy as well, especially if you need to freshen up with a refreshing bath under the open sky.

Get up close to the local attractions
From Strandskaden, you can easily explore the attractive and scenic Sønderstrand area. For instance, you can have a lovely walk to Vråby tree plantation and an even shorter distance to the bird reserve Stormengene. Sønderstrand beach itself is approximately 1,2 kilometers away, where you can be impressed by the open sandy expanses and the beautiful sea views. If you want to go on an oyster safari or otherwise explore the Wadden Sea, several guided tours are organized on Rømø, and it is also possible to take a day trip to the neighboring island of Sylt by ferry from the village of Havneby. In Havneby, located three kilometers from the summer house, there are good shopping options, bike rentals, a golf course, restaurants, and much more.
