This modern quality summer house is the perfect base for those who ap­pre­ci­a­te a relaxing holiday by the beach. The summer house is spacious, stylishly decorated, and equipped with a sauna and other de­light­ful features, and it is located on a closed road close to the open dune landscape that leads down to Lakolk Beach.

Welcome inside
The 120 m² summer house was built in 2022, so you can look forward to spending your holiday in spacious and modern sur­ro­un­dings. With three good bedrooms and two bathrooms, the layout is well-suited for six people. All bedrooms are furnished with com­fortab­le beds and wardrobes, and you have direct access to the terrace if you want to start the morning by stret­ching in the fresh air. Both bathrooms are beautiful, but be sure to note the largest one, which is equipped with a lovely sauna. The living area is also no­tewort­hy, where the living room and kitchen are connected in an open layout. Here, you can cook and relax in stylish sur­ro­un­dings – possibly enjoying warmth from the wood stove and heat pump if the weather calls for it. Large windows invite natural light inside and provide a view of the dunes, and if you really want to enjoy the view, you can take the stairs up to the living room's viewing loft.

Enjoy life outside
On the dune plot, you have several lovely terraces to choose from. There are both open and covered areas, so you can sit in the sun or shade depending on your mood, and of course, there are proper garden furniture, loungers, a parasol, and a grill available. Late in the day, you can enjoy the sunset to the west over the dunes – unless you are tempted to take a walk down to the beach to witness the sun setting over the North Sea.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is located in calm and scenic sur­ro­un­dings on a small, closed gravel road. From the cozy summer house area, paths lead directly into the dunes, making the trip to the beach easily doable on foot, if you don't prefer to drive down with beach chairs, a cooler, and a sunshade. The expansive beach is a paradise for swimmers, surfers, families with children, and nature lovers, and if you enjoy flying kites, you should come in September for the annual kite festival, where thousands of kites take to the sky. At Lakolk Shopping Center, you can take care of your shopping, enjoy ice cream, and visit cafes, but you can also venture a bit further to see what else the Wadden Sea island of Rømø has to offer.
