For example, a lovely newer bathroom with un­der­floor heating is part of the layout, and three good bedrooms ensure that six holiday guests can sleep safely and com­fortably in the summer house. A large portion of the square footage is dedicated to an ex­cep­tio­nal­ly spacious living room with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen area. It’s a wonderful space where you can settle com­fortably into the soft seating, cozy up near the wood stove, and enjoy a good meal at the dining table. Thanks to the many windows in the room, you can enjoy the de­light­ful light coming in from three di­rections while admiring the green sur­ro­un­dings.

Enjoy life outside
You can also soak in the sun and the green view as you move your leisure acti­vi­ties outdoors. On both sides of the summer house, there are lovely terraces, providing excellent con­di­tions for sun­bat­hing, grilling, and whatever else you want to do on summer days. If you have small children with you on holiday, they will likely be pleased with the swing set and sandbox, and there is also plenty of space to play on the 3000 m² plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is located in Kongsmark, centrally on Rømø, giving you easy access to the Rømø Dam, which you can reach in less than 20 minutes. As you drive over the dam, remember to admire the view, as the panorama over the Wadden Sea is stunning. The Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, being one of only seven places in Denmark. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, Rømø is full of scenic landsca­pes and rich wildlife, making it a great idea to spend a sig­ni­fi­cant portion of your holiday exploring the island’s he­at­hlands, plan­ta­tions, and white sandy beaches.
