The summer house appears neat and inviting, as it has been main­tai­ned and updated regularly since its con­struction in 1970. Among the modern con­ve­ni­en­ces, there is Wi-Fi in the house, and a TV with Chro­mecast ensures that you can be en­tertai­ned while enjoying your time indoors. In the living room, the built-in wood stove enhances the cozy at­mosp­he­re, and the well-fun­ctio­ning layout with soft seating, a nice dining table, and an open con­nection to the kitchen plays an important role as well. The floor plan also includes a nice bathroom with a glass shower niche and un­der­floor heating, in addition to three bedrooms, all equipped with three double beds.

Enjoy life outside
On the 1,200 m² large and secluded natural plot, the terrace area was expanded in 2015, allowing you to spread out on a 120 m² wooden terrace that wraps around the entire summer house. Part of the terrace is covered, so you can stay seated even if dew falls. When the sun is shining, it is recom­men­ded to sit facing east or south, as you can enjoy the beautiful natural view along with the wonderful summer weather.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
When you vacation here, you are neighbors to a protected nature area, and thanks to the location at the end of a dead-end road, eve­ryt­hing breathes peace and idyllic charm at this home address. At the same time, you are just a short walk from Lakolk Beach – and the trip can even be taken by car, as it is allowed to drive right onto the sand of the wide beach. After a dip in the North Sea, you can continue the good vacation vibes by enjoying ice cream at Café Fru Dax, which was named Denmark's Best Ice Cream Shop in 2019. The café is located in Lakolk Shopping Center, which also features cozy shops, a su­per­mar­ket, and a play­gro­und. If you feel like going on an outing, there is much to explore on Rømø – and around Rømø, as the Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and lends its name to the local national park.
