Welcome inside: Exciting holiday home built in 2025. The house features a combined kitchen and living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bright and modern kitchen includes a built-in oven, stovetop, dis­hwas­her, and fridge with freezer. The ta­ste­ful­ly decorated living room has access to a terrace, a wood stove, sofas, armchairs, a spacious dining area, and a Smart TV with the YouSee TV package, offering Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels, as well as access to streaming services (requires your own login). The bathroom has tiled floors, a shower, a spa bath, and un­der­floor heating. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and microwave. The house has three bedrooms, all with double beds. It is heated with a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.

Free wireless internet is available in the holiday home. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The property is set on a 2,300 m² plot with an idyllic garden featuring a stream and fishpond, as well as multiple terraces and pavilions where you can always find sun or shade. The outdoor area includes a hot tub, shelter, firepit, garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located just 400 meters from the beach in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings. Bjerge Strand is a larger holiday home area by the Great Belt, offering lovely wide beaches with low dunes and excellent sandy shores. The area is roughly midway between Ka­lund­borg and Slagelse, with the nearest larger shopping town, Gørlev, about 5 km away. Nearby is also the Reersø peninsula, known for its stunning nature and charming small harbor town.

There are grocery stores 5 km away in Gørlev. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, a campsite kiosk 400 meters from the house sells fresh bread and other es­sen­ti­als.
