Charming, cozy, bright, and beau­ti­ful­ly renovated summer house decorated with art, rugs, and fur­nis­hin­gs from in­ter­na­tio­nal designers such as Ôrsjô, Moroso, Andreu World, I&I, and Blux. The home is thought­ful­ly designed with a spacious kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen includes a built-in oven, stovetop, re­fri­ge­ra­tor/freezer, and dis­hwas­her. The large, inviting living room features a wood-burning stove, dining nook, corner sofa, armchairs, and a TV with Danish DR channels and Chro­mecast for streaming services (personal login required). A separate lounge, connected to two of the bedrooms, boasts high ceilings, large glass panels, and access to the terrace. The house offers three com­fortab­le bedrooms with ample closet space: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms with showers and un­der­floor heating. A utility kitchen includes a washer and dryer, while a workshop offers an extra re­fri­ge­ra­tor. The out­bu­il­ding houses a sauna. Heating is provided by un­der­floor heating via an air-to-water heat pump and a wood-burning stove in the living room.

Enjoy life outside: The property is set on a 1,369 m² plot with a large, newer wooden terrace. The terrace is partially covered, and an out­bu­il­ding contains bicycles, fishing gear, and sports equipment for guest use. Ad­di­tio­nal outdoor amenities include garden furniture, a patio heater, a parasol, a hanging sofa, a gas grill, a playhouse, a tram­po­li­ne, an outdoor shower, and a swing set.

Sauna: Guests can use the outdoor sauna for a fee of DKK 200. Inform the office, and the amount will be added to the final bill.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The summer house is in the second row from the water, just 150 meters from a peaceful, child-friendly beach by the Great Belt, awarded the Blue Flag for several con­secu­ti­ve years. The scenic and nature-rich area offers beautiful walks along the shore and through Bildsø Forest, located right by the Great Belt, with a free outdoor fitness trail. The area boasts some of West Zealand’s best beaches. A short 5-minute drive takes you to Stillinge Beach, where there are shops, cafés, re­stau­rants, and ice cream stands. The house is con­ve­ni­ent­ly close to the market towns of Korsør, Skælskør, and Slagelse, offering plenty of at­tra­ctions, shopping, cafés, and re­stau­rants.
