Holiday house in Havnsø with a beautiful sea view over Nekselø Bay

Welcome inside: The holiday home includes a living room combined with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, entrance, glass-enclosed sunroom, and a covered terrace. The kitchen has a dining nook, ceramic stove, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and fridge with freezer. In the living room, which leads to a 12 m² sunroom with good natural light from the windows, there is a dining area and a cozy sofa corner. There is a TV with Chro­mecast. The sunroom has a lovely seating area and a fantastic sea view. The bathroom is simple with a hand sink, shower niche, and tiled floor. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a double sofa bed. The house is heated by a heat pump and electric heating.

Enjoy life outside: The property spans 850 m², and from the grounds, there is ample op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy the beautiful sea view. There is an open terrace with a view of the water, as well as a covered tiled terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The summer house is located close to a beautiful sandy beach, with a view of the charming ferry and marina. The at­mosp­he­re around the ferry harbor in Havnsø is very special, and it’s possible to buy freshly caught fish from the fishing boats. From the harbor, you can take the ferry to Nekselø or Sejerø. Both islands offer unique nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces and great hiking routes. Just a few ki­lo­me­ters from the house is the protected nature reserve Ve­ster­lyng, a beautiful heathland area covered with heather and juniper, featuring walking dunes, grass meadows, small lakes, and several rare flowers. It is also known for having one of the best beaches in the country. In the small idyllic harbor town, there are several grocery stores and dining options around the harbor. Anglers have great fishing op­portu­ni­ties along the coast. Golfers can play at Ka­lund­borg Golf Club’s 18-hole course, located in Røsnæs.
