House-ID: K19007Welcome inside: The holiday home was built in 1976, with an extension added in 2004 that includes a living room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The house features a separate kitchen-dining area with a cozy dining space, a wood-burning stove, and a relaxation corner with armchairs. There is access to a partially covered wooden terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and French press coffee makers. The lovely living room has large windows that let in plenty of natural light, furnished with sofas, an armchair, and a TV with the Waoo Flex TV package. There are two bathrooms with shower cabins and four bedrooms: one with a double bed (two single beds pushed together), one with two single beds, one with a single bed, and one with bunk beds (the lower bunk is 100x200 cm, and the upper bunk is 80x200 cm). The annex includes a washing machine. The house is heated with an air-to-water heat pump and a wood-burning stove.
Enjoy life outside: The house is situated on a 1,448 m² natural plot with several terraces, including a partially covered wooden terrace and an open paved terrace. Outdoor furniture and a grill are available.
Get up close to the local attractions: The holiday home is located on a quiet road, 400 meters from the beach, where a bathing jetty is set up every summer. It is about 7 km west of Kalundborg on the Røsnæs peninsula, just a couple of kilometers from an excellent golf course and approximately 2 km from Denmark’s largest vineyard, Dyrehøj Vingård. The vineyard offers a shop, wine bar, and restaurant with daily openings and guided tours of the vineyards, winery, and distillery.
At the tip of Røsnæs, located 4 km from the house, you’ll find a protected area with stunning nature, numerous hiking and biking trails, and an abundance of natural beauty. Røsnæs is part of Denmark’s official Nature Canon from 2018 and is described as follows: “Røsnæs is in every way an unforgettable nature experience.” As the westernmost point of Zealand, Røsnæs is known for its many hours of sunshine, natural beauty, high coastal cliffs, and dramatic landscapes. The terrain is varied and hilly.
For shopping, Kalundborg is only a 10-minute drive away, or you can reach Copenhagen in just over an hour by car.
