This spacious and well-equipped holiday home, renovated in 1995, is ideally located close to the water and offers a de­light­ful at­mosp­he­re year-round. The house features a combined kitchen and living room, perfect for enjoying shared cooking in the large, bright kitchen, which is stylishly furnished and equipped with a ceramic stove, dis­hwas­her, microwave, and re­fri­ge­ra­tor with a freezer. From the beautiful sunroom, you can admire the stunning views of the sea and the Great Belt Bridge while enjoying your meals. The living room impresses with its vaulted ceiling, large windows that fill the space with light, a cozy dining area, and direct access to the terrace and sunroom. Relax on the com­fortab­le chaise lounge sofa and armchairs, warm up by the wood stove, or challenge each other to a game of foosball. A Smart TV provides access to Danish DR programs (via app) and streaming services (own login required). The 18 m² in­te­gra­ted sunroom, with large glass panels and garden furniture, is usable for most of the year. The bathroom is fitted with a tiled floor and a shower. The house offers two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A utility room houses a washing machine, dryer, and an extra re­fri­ge­ra­tor. Heating is provided by a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating. Free Wi-Fi is available throug­hout the house. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday home is set on an 850 m² plot with a private garden and a partially covered, tiled terrace. On sunny days, the terrace invites you to relax outdoors while the children play in the garden. Later, you can prepare a delicious meal on the grill and enjoy the summer evening with family. The house comes with garden furniture, a barbecue, and various outdoor games.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The house is only 200 meters from Kongsmark Beach on Zealand's west coast, offering fantastic sea views over the Great Belt. The peaceful area features a lovely sandy beach with a few stones, and the view of the Great Belt Bridge is bre­ath­taking. Just 2 km away, you’ll find shopping and dining options at Stillinge Strand.

Nearby, the charming market towns of Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør offer excellent shopping, cafes, re­stau­rants, and many exciting ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The area also provides great excur­sions, such as the historic Viking fortress Trel­le­borg, Birkegården’s Gardens – a 10,000 m² adventure garden with animals and a play­gro­und – and the Go High Adventure Park with over 100 acti­vi­ties, mountain biking trails, and canoeing in the moat.
