Interior
The holiday house is fitted with large, open living rooms with high ceilings and optimum op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy the lovely view over the water and the area at Frølunde Fed. The main part of the 106 m2 house was spent on a lovely living room with windows from floor to ceiling and a firing furnace together with kitchen/family room, also with a large window spacing and an open kitchen room – thus, the view can be enjoyed com­ple­te­ly. Bright and modern decorated kitchen with oven, cooking plates w/ induction, microwave oven, dis­hwas­her, and re­fri­ge­ra­tor-freezer. Lovely bathroom with shower niche, whirlpool, sauna, and floor heating. Entrance with closets. Washer in separate room by the entrance. Two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. Furt­her­more, the house includes a childbed and a high chair. Heating of the house is effected through the firing furnace and electric heating.

The house also includes free Wi-Fi.Mandatory end cleaning.

Exteriors
The house is situated on a 1,780 m2 plot, primarily planted with grass and dog roses. The plot exceeds right down to the water line, and you will find suf­fi­ci­ent space for all kinds of outdoor acti­vi­ties. Around the house, you find either tiles or a wooden terrace, and thus you can always find a sunny spot when the Danish weather presents itself from its best side. From the large terrace, it is always possible to enjoy the sunset.At the house, you find sandbox, swings, garden furniture, parasol, and BBQ.

The holiday house is located in the 1st row towards the Great Belt with a 180°panoramic view of the water with a plot that borders the water line with direct access to your own beach. The house is situated in scenic and beautiful sur­ro­un­dings. The beach along the entire coast is prime quality just as it offers you op­portu­ni­ties of sea fishing. The nearest shopping fa­ci­li­ties are within approx. 5 km, and within approx. 10 km you reach the major cities Korsør and Slagelse with a rich variety of shops and re­stau­rants. From the house, you have only 1 hours’ drive to Co­pen­ha­gen and 40 minutes to Odense.
