The kitchen includes a ceramic stove, microwave, re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer, dis­hwas­her, and washing machine. The cozy, light-filled living room has exposed ceiling beams, a wood stove, and access to a large, lovely wooden terrace. The room also includes sofas and an armchair, a charming dining area, and a TV with Danish channels via Chro­mecast. Access to streaming requires your own login. There's a small cozy sunroom with a table and chairs. The bright bathroom has a shower and electric heating. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds and electric heating. The house is heated with a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.

Enjoy life outside: The house is located on a 1632 m² plot. A lot of attention has been given to the outdoor areas, including a lovely, newer, partially covered and sheltered wooden terrace, where you can be in awe of the water view, enjoy the sun, and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the tranqui­li­ty. The property also has a beautiful and well-main­tai­ned garden, a cozy bonfire area with benches, and several good paved terraces, where you can choose either sun or shade. There is access from the garden to the beach. The holiday home is equipped with garden furniture, a grill, a playhouse, and a sandbox.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The summer house is located in the charming Røsnæs Strand­park area. The house is elevated but very private, with no direct views from neig­h­bor­ing pro­per­ties. It is set on a secluded plot in an at­tra­cti­ve summer house area, just 200 meters from the beach. The house is located on the northern side of the beautiful Røsnæs peninsula, not far from an 18-hole golf course. Røsnæs is both striking­ly beautiful, rugged, wild, and serene, offering fantastic views over the sea and fjord. The Røsnæs peninsula is located near Ka­lund­borg and is the wester­n­most point of Zealand. The beach is just 200 meters away, and the nearest grocery store is 3.3 km. Ka­lund­borg, a harbor town located 8 km from the house, offers many shopping op­portu­ni­ties, re­stau­rants, and acti­vi­ties.
