Beautiful holiday house with stunning sea views at Vollerup Beach on Røsnæs

Welcome inside: The holiday home, bright and airy, features an im­pres­si­ve flow of natural light through its large living room window. It offers a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is a brand-new, stylish Kvik kitchen from 2024, equipped with a built-in oven, stovetop, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer. The bright and well-furnished living room boasts a large window that not only fills the house with light but also provides bre­ath­taking sea views. There is access to the terrace, a spacious dining area, com­fortab­le sofas and armchairs, and a Smart TV with DR programs and the More TV package via app. The home has two bathrooms with showers, one of which also includes a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a small double sofa bed (120x200). The house is heated by a heat pump, electric heating, and a pellet stove.

In the evenings, fire up the grill and unwind as the sun sets on the horizon. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a cozy 27 m² sunroom. The property includes garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill. The area in front of the house is private, and access to the beach must be via a path from the road.

Just 100 meters from the beach with Sejerø Bay’s excellent swimming waters, this charming and well-main­tai­ned holiday home is situated on a quiet, narrow road leading directly to the beach. Vollerup is a scenic summer house area on the northern side of Røsnæs. Vollerup Beach is part of a larger summer house area about 10 km north of Ka­lund­borg, bordering Sejerø Bay and marking the start of the Røsnæs peninsula.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The area is sur­ro­un­ded by Vollerup Forest, known for its rich wildlife and birdlife, offering year-round ex­pe­ri­en­ces. Close by is Denmark's largest vineyard, where guided tours and wine tastings are available. At the tip of Røsnæs, you’ll find a protected area with unique natural beauty, dramatic and hilly terrain, and plenty of hiking and cycling trails. The nearest grocery store is 3 km away, while Ka­lund­borg, a harbor town 8 km away, offers a variety of shops, su­per­mar­kets, cafés, and re­stau­rants. The old town, with its 800-year-old five-towered church, is also well worth a visit.
