Charming and modern holiday home with a fantastic sea view on Sejerø

Welcome inside: The holiday home, built in 2008, is a house full of charm, featuring a vaulted ceiling and large windows in the living room that flood the house with light and offer a beautiful sea view. It is furnished with an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, dis­hwas­her, and tile floor with un­der­floor heating. The living room has access to the terrace, a corner sofa, wood stove, a cozy dining area, and a TV with Chro­mecast (can only be used with Chro­mecast; no TV channels available). The bathroom features black tiled floors, a shower niche, washing machine, and un­der­floor heating. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a loft with three mattres­ses. The house is heated with a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.

Free Wi-Fi fiber internet is available. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The house is situated on a 1342 m² plot with a wonderful partially covered wooden terrace, offering a 160-degree sea view. There are outdoor furniture, sun loungers, an umbrella, and a grill by the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located in the first row to the beach, only 50 meters away, on the idyllic island of Sejerø. Here, you can truly enjoy nature on one of Denmark’s beautiful islands, sur­ro­un­ded by lovely beaches. The island is 12 km long and 3 km at its widest, with a po­pu­la­tion of around 400. Sejerø is connected by ferry to Havnsø, with a crossing time of ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 1 hour. The island is filled with ex­pe­ri­en­ces and acti­vi­ties. During the high season, Sejerø offers bird tours, horse-drawn carriage rides, nature safaris, harbor markets, guided tours on Icelandic horses, visits to Sejerø ligh­t­hou­se, and church tours. Golfers can enjoy a 9-hole golf course with an in­cre­dib­le view. Sejerø is also great for cycling and hiking, and bikes can be rented in the village. The island offers easy access to water eve­rywhe­re. Birds and wildlife thrive on Sejerø, with sightings of roe deer, pheasants, hares, and, if lucky, wild peacocks.
