Well-main­tai­ned and cozy summer house in Vollerup on Røsnæs

Welcome inside: The holiday home is designed with a combined kitchen and living room. The well-equipped and bright kitchen includes a ceramic stove, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and a re­fri­ge­ra­tor with a freezer. The bright and modern living room features a vaulted ceiling, large windows, skylights, and access to a partially covered terrace. The living space includes a cozy dining area, sofas and armchairs, a heat pump, and a wood-burning stove. There is a Smart TV with access to Danish DR channels and streaming services (requires own subscrip­tion). The bathroom has tiled floors, un­der­floor heating, and a shower. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and microwave. The home has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with double sofa beds. Heating is provided via a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating.

Final cleaning is mandatory.

Rental to tra­despe­op­le for business purposes is not permitted.

Rental to youth groups where all members are aged 15-25 is not allowed.

Enjoy life outside: The house is situated on a 1262 m² plot with a partially covered terrace. Outdoor fa­ci­li­ties include garden furniture, a grill, and a tram­po­li­ne.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The summer house is located in a quiet and scenic area near Sejerø Bay by Vollerup Beach on the northern side of Røsnæs. It is just 400 meters from a bathing beach, which also offers excellent fishing op­portu­ni­ties. The area is sur­ro­un­ded by Vollerup Forest, known for its wildlife and birdlife, offering ex­pe­ri­en­ces year-round. Close by, you will find Denmark’s largest vineyard, where guided tours and wine tastings are available. At the tip of Røsnæs lies a protected area with unique natural beauty, featuring hilly and dramatic terrain that invites long walks or bike rides.

The nearest grocery store is 4.8 km away, and Ka­lund­borg town center is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 8 km away. In Ka­lund­borg, you will find shopping, a pe­de­stri­an street, cafés, re­stau­rants, the harbor park, and the historic old town with the 800-year-old five-towered church, which is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit.
