Welcome inside: The holiday home features a combined kitchen and living room. The new, bright kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, induction cooktop, re­fri­ge­ra­tor, microwave, and dis­hwas­her. The living room has access to a partially covered terrace and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The room features high ceilings. The seating area includes a large corner sofa and a TV with the Waoo small TV package.

A separate dining room provides access to the bedrooms and the loft. The spacious bathroom includes a shower niche and a spa.

There are two bedrooms:

One with a double bed

One with two single beds

Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a loft with 3 sleeping spots on mattres­ses. An out­bu­il­ding includes a washing machine and freezer.

The house is heated with un­der­floor heating, which is present throug­hout the house

Free wireless internet (fiber optic) is available in the holiday home. Final cleaning is mandatory.

No rental to craftsmen for com­merci­al purposes.

No rental to youth groups, where all members are between 15-25 years old.

Enjoy life outside: The house is situated on a 539 m² plot with a beautiful view of the water. In addition to the partially covered wooden terrace in front of the house, there is a large enclosed sun courtyard with an awning that can provide coverage.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is pea­ce­ful­ly located in the scenic Bisserup area, only 200 meters from the coast. Bisserup Beach, which is 400 meters from the house, is a charming small beach. The beach itself is re­la­ti­ve­ly modest in size, about 20-30 meters wide and around 110 meters long.

Bisserup is an idyllic holiday village with a cozy harbor at­mosp­he­re, beautiful forests, in­te­r­e­sting dining options, and a grocery store. It’s not just the beautiful coastline that tempts visitors; within a 10-15 minute walk, you can reach Bisserup Harbor, where the masts of the yachts gently sway in the wind. Here, you can relax, have a meal, or enjoy an ice cream in the sun.

The sur­ro­un­ding area also features Kri­sti­ans­holm Plan­ta­tion, Rude Forest, and Holste­in­borg Manor.

Just 15 minutes' drive from the house is Skælskør, a charming old market town with a quaint historic city center featuring half-timbered houses, cour­ty­ards, and cobb­le­sto­ne streets.

In the Næstved area, there are several excursion op­portu­ni­ties, including Bonbon-Land, one of the hig­hlights. A trip to Co­pen­ha­gen takes just over an hour.
