You find this beautiful house in the middle of Faldsled - only 100 meters from the water and a common bathing jetty.
The house was built in 1970, but there have been ongoing re­decora­tions since then, so the house is now bright and welcoming.

You enter a nice entrance from where you can access the bathroom with a shower, the kitchen and living room and a nice bedroom. In the entrance you also find the stairs to the 1st floor.

The former dinning room is now an activity room with a combi-table with a football table among other things.

On the 1st floor you find the second bathroom with a shower, 2 nice bedrooms, where one of them has a wonderful view at Helnæs. In the beautiful garden, you can pea­ce­ful­ly enjoy the sun at the terrace and have your dinner from the garden grill.

The area

The coast offers good op­portu­ni­ties for Windsur­fing and fishing. Nearby is the small marina in Faldsled, where you can enjoy the maritime at­mosp­he­re and the view beyond the water. In Horne you will find one of the seven beautiful round churches in Denmark, which is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. Nowhere else are castles and manor houses as close as in Funen, as is the case in this area. Hvedholm Castle, Ste­ens­gaard Manor House and Egeskov Castle. There is a short distance to the charming old market town of Faaborg; A beautiful city with beautiful old houses, a large selection of shops and a vibrant cultural life with many artists and exciting museums. At Svanninge Bakker is a chal­len­ging 18-hole golf course. It is beau­ti­ful­ly situated in a hilly terrain with beautiful views of the South Funen ar­chipela­go and 'The Funen Alps'.
