This cozy holiday home is only 50 Meters from the wa­ter­front and a nice beach.
The original house on the ground was built in 1950, but in 2016 the owner tore down the old house and built a nice and cozy holiday home instead. In this house you really get the feeling of a tra­di­tio­nal, Danish holiday home, and sitting at the dining table you have a beautiful view over the water.
The house has an entrance with access to the bathroom with a shower, and access to the kitchen, which is in open con­nection with the combined living-dining room. There is one bedroom with a double bed. Furt­her­more, there is a sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living room.
On the backside of the house there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The plot is fenced, so your dog can run around unleashed.
Are you ready for a swim? Then you literally have the beach outside the door – where you also can find the common bathing jetty.

The area
The small holiday home areas Bro Strand and Varbjerg Strand are located right beside each other and are situated between the towns Mid­del­fart and Bogense. In Bro Strand there are stairs to a beach with a bathing jetty. In Varbjerg there are a small marina and a nice and child-friendly beach. Mid­del­fart is 15 km away from the area with a walking street, re­stau­rants and an updated harbor front. The largest town on Funen, Odense, is 30 minutes away by car. Here you find, among others, the zoo, the house of Hans Christian Andersen and many exciting museums. Odense offers a large net of walking streets with all kinds of shops as well as nice cafés and re­stau­rants. From the town center you can go on an idyllic boat trip on the river Odense Å.
