The house ac­com­moda­tes a total of 6 people. Four of the sleeping places are located on the first floor, ac­ces­sib­le by a staircase from the entrance. From the entrance, you also have access to the living rooms and the kitchen.

The kitchen is small but won­der­ful­ly bright, with all the necessary fa­ci­li­ties for preparing meals during your vacation. It includes an oven, stove, dis­hwas­her, and fridge with freezer.

The living room is a lovely, bright gathering space for the whole family. It contains a sofa section and a te­le­vi­sion. The dining room features a table with seating for 6 people. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a fireplace that adds to the coziness and warmth during the colder months. Both living rooms benefit from lovely light streaming through the windows and garden doors, which lead directly to the wooden terrace, making it easy to take your meal outside.

From the dining room, a small hallway leads to the house's bathroom, which includes a spa bath, toilet, shower, and washing machine. There is also a room with a bed that can be pulled out to ac­com­moda­te two people.

On the first floor of the house, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to a large rooftop terrace with a beautiful view over the fields, and another room with two single beds. The house has retained fine details that speak to its history, but it also feels fresh and bright with wooden floors and central heating.

The charming brick house is located on a plot in Tra­neb­jerg at the end of a dead-end street. It offers easy access to both the town center of Tra­neb­jerg and other villages on Samsø.

In front of the house, there is parking space, as well as a small lawn that extends around the back of the house. The garden is enclosed by trees and a fence, allowing you to lie un­dis­tur­bed on the grass or sit on the wooden terrace.

The terrace is directly connected to the living rooms, so when the weather allows, it’s perfect to sit outside in the garden furniture and enjoy the garden, which is quietly situated behind the lovely townhouse.

Tra­neb­jerg is the island's largest town and offers a wide selection of specialty shops, grocery stores, and re­stau­rants. Here, you’ll also find the tourist in­for­ma­tion at Anton Rosen House and Samsø Museum – both are worth a visit.

The town is just 5 ki­lo­me­ters from both Sælvig harbor and Ballen ferry harbor. Samsø’s many cozy villages are within reach and perfect for exploring by bike.

For instance, visit the small village of Per­me­lil­le, which offers farm shops, galleries, cafes, and fresh summer straw­ber­ri­es. A bit further south, you’ll find Brat­tings­borg Castle with its lovely castle park and sur­ro­un­ding forests, which are open in the summer.

Ballen, just a short drive away, is known for its marina, re­stau­rants, and beach with a bathing bridge. Nature ent­hu­si­asts can explore Besser Rev to the north, offering fantastic hiking routes and fishing op­portu­ni­ties. North Samsø also hides gems such as Nordby, a charming village with a pond and bell tower – perfect for a relaxing stroll.
