You can look forward to an excellent holiday when it’s spent in this large and lovely holiday home in Toftum. The holiday ac­com­moda­tion is equipped with, among other things, an activity room, a spa, and sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments for 10 people, and outside, you have plenty of space to enjoy life and play on the 3,400 m2 large plot.

Welcome inside
The holiday home is a solid brick con­struction from 2017, spanning 146 m2, providing a modern and spacious setting for your holiday life. All rooms are bright and inviting—including the entrance and the two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with both a sauna and a spa. The house's large, high-ceilinged living area is a wonderful place to gather, where you can enjoy cooking in the kitchen area, playing board games at the dining table, and lounging in the sofa nook near the wood stove. Social moments can al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly take place in the activity room, which is equipped with both foosball and a Play­Sta­tion 3, allowing both young and old to play and game to their heart's content. There is also a double sofa bed in the room, which is a great sup­ple­ment to the sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments in the three bedrooms and the loft.

Enjoy life outside
The plot is beau­ti­ful­ly landsca­ped with a large parking area in front of the house, an even larger lawn, and a lovely terrace of an im­pres­si­ve 125 m2. Part of the terrace area features a large stand-alone spa as a luxurious element when you really want to relax under the open sky. For the children, there are swings and a sandpit, while the grill and com­fortab­le garden furniture set the stage for wonderful dinners outdoors.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Open expanses and a high sky cha­ra­cte­rize Toftum and the sur­ro­un­ding area. Here in the northern part of Rømø, the landscape is flat and beautiful, so you don’t have to climb very high to enjoy im­pres­si­ve views. If you head north to Juvre Enge, you can enjoy the view from the ob­ser­va­tion platform on the Juvre dyke over­look­ing the marsh area, the Wadden Sea, and all the way to Ribe on clear days. In general, there are plenty of wonderful natural ex­pe­ri­en­ces awaiting you on Rømø: Perhaps you're in the mood for a walk in Tvismark Plan­ta­tion or Bo­lil­mark's heath landscape, or how about swimming in the North Sea at Lakolk Strand or a horseback ride along the coast? The birdlife on the island is rich and varied, and in the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you have the op­portu­ni­ty to collect oysters for a large part of the year.
