Beautiful summer house with panoramic views of the Wadden Sea
House-ID: 0395This lovely quality summer house is located in a particularly scenic spot in the first row facing the Wadden Sea. You can enjoy the stunning sea view from the terrace as well as from inside the house – in fact, you can even gaze out over Rømø’s beautiful coastal landscape from the spa in the bathroom.
Welcome inside
More precisely, this is a semi-detached house built in 2006. You have two floors to spread out in, which include two good bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a lovely living room with an integrated kitchen and a sunny bay window. In addition to the bedrooms, there are two lofts with two sleeping accommodations each, allowing for a total of ten guests in the holiday home. Natural light floods in on both floors, and the view of the Wadden Sea is almost ever-present. One great place to ponder the scenery is in the sunny bay window of the living room – and when you’re peeling potatoes in the well-equipped kitchen area, Listerdyb and the marshland serve as a beautiful backdrop. If it’s cold outside, it’s wonderful that there is underfloor heating in much of the house. For added coziness, there is a wood-burning stove in the living room, and if you really need to warm up, you can use the sauna on the ground floor and the hot tub on the first floor.
Enjoy life outside
When the sun is high in the sky, you can warm up naturally outside. You have several terraces to choose from, so no matter what time of day it is, it’s easy to find a sunny spot. One of the terraces is fully enclosed and equipped with a retractable windscreen if needed. Additionally, you have garden furniture, sun loungers, a grill, and a parasol available, all of which, along with the magnificent natural surroundings, help enhance your summer experience.
Get up close to the local attractions
If you don’t want to spend the entire day lounging on the terrace, there are plenty of activities to enjoy in the local area. It’s natural to explore the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site due to its significance as one of the world's most important wetland areas. The birdlife here is abundant, and there are opportunities to go on a seal safari and guided tours to collect oysters and mussels, where you can collect the fruits of the sea yourself. Additionally, you are close to the variety of dining options in Havneby, as well as a supermarket and a fish shops if you prefer to cook for yourself. If you want to go on an outing, you can visit Sønderstrand or Lakolk Beach for a swim in the North Sea. If you prefer an indoor swim, as a guest in the summer house, you have free access to the water park in Skærbækcentret on the mainland.
