The location is top-notch, and so is the house itself, as it is a well-insulated brick con­struction with a solar heating system on the roof. Indoors, the standard is also high: for example, the layout includes two luxurious bathrooms, one of which on the ground floor is equipped with a sauna. The bathroom on the first floor features a spa, po­si­tio­ned so you can enjoy views of the Wadden Sea while you are enjoying your bath. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is well-equipped, making it a lovely place to enjoy cooking. When mealtime is ap­pro­a­ching, you can set the table in the bay window, where you also have a fantastic panoramic view. The layout also includes three good bedrooms plus a loft, making it easy for eight guests to settle in com­fortably.

Enjoy life outside
The garden doors from the living room provide direct access to a de­light­ful outdoor area. The tiled flooring offers several com­fortab­le seating areas, and there’s also the option to sit on the terrace on the other side of the house, should the sun con­di­tions be better there. Whichever sunny spot you choose, the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings can quickly transport you far away from everyday life and into holiday mode.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you wish, your days in Havneby can be quite simple. The house and terrace can be your base while you make small excur­sions—for example, a swim in the North Sea at Sønder­strand beach and a stroll down to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you’re in the mood for an ice cream cone or a nice lunch, it’s only a few hundred meters to Havneby’s dining options, su­per­mar­ket, fish shop, and harbor kiosk. If you enjoy golfing, you won’t have to go far, as Rømø Golf Club is also within walking distance.
