Luxurious spa house with a beautiful sun terrace and view to the Wadden Sea

Welcome inside
A de­light­ful house with water washed walls as well as tiled and wooden floors. The holiday home can be more precisely described as a semi-detached house from 2006. The property itself, as well as all the furniture and other fittings, are of con­si­stent­ly high quality. Both small and large details con­tri­bu­te to making the holiday life par­ti­cu­lar­ly com­fortab­le: For example, there is un­der­floor heating in most of the house, while the solar heating system keeps energy consump­tion low. A wood-burning stove is ready to spread coziness and warmth in the living room, and both here and on the first floor, there is a Smart TV. En­tertain­ment during your holiday can also include looking out the window from the casement, as you are located in the second row to the Wadden Sea. A lovely spot to relax is the living room's bay window, where the many windows invite sunlight inside. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is modernly decorated, and the same goes for the house's two bathrooms: One bathroom features a hot tub, while the other includes a sauna that also functions as a steam bath. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, and at the very top, there is a loft with two box mattres­ses, which serves as a cozy retreat for younger family members.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, there is direct access to a lovely courtyard en­viron­ment with a large southwest-facing terrace with an awning, a west-facing terrace, and a morning terrace by the entrance, all equipped with garden tables and chairs. Here, you can sit and enjoy the sun in the lounge chairs or relax on the sun loungers, and when mealtime ap­pro­a­ches, you can fire up the Weber grill and start preparing your summer salad. If the children can't sit still, there is a play­gro­und quite close to the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Close to the summer house, you also have the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The birdlife is rich here in this large tidal area, and there are op­portu­ni­ties to join several exciting guided tours – including oyster tours and child-friendly Wadden Sea expe­di­tions. From the house, it’s a short walk to Havneby’s su­per­mar­ket, fish shop, and re­stau­rants, and if you want to take a trip to the German island of Sylt, you can take the ferry from the local harbor. Another excellent holiday excursion is to go to Skærbæk on the mainland: Here, as guests in the summer house, you have free access to the water park in Skærbækcentret. If you prefer to stay on Rømø, it is recom­men­ded to visit Sønder­strand or the large family-friendly Lakolk Beach, where you can swim in the North Sea, walk along the wide sandy shores, and try out blo­kar­ting and other forms of wind sports.
