Welcome inside
This solid yellow brick summer house will provide the backdrop for many forms of holiday re­laxa­tion. In the large living room, there is plenty of space to play, read, play games, and lounge in the com­fortab­le seating near the wood stove. The 55” internet flat-screen TV, with Danish and German channels, as well as a Play­Sta­tion 4 that can also play DVDs, will keep you en­tertai­ned. The kitchen, con­ve­ni­ent­ly located right by the living room, is spacious and well-equipped, featuring an American re­fri­ge­ra­tor, ceramic cooktop, and an oven at a con­ve­ni­ent height, giving you great working con­di­tions for preparing delicious holiday meals. There are also excellent ac­com­moda­tions in the four bedrooms, of which two are furnished with double beds, while the other two have two single beds each. Finally, the layout includes a bathroom and a guest toilet, both with un­der­floor heating, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and dryer—so you have eve­ryt­hing you need indoors.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, the well-main­tai­ned lawn and south-facing terrace are com­ple­te­ly enclosed, allowing your dog to roam freely while you relax in the sun. Thanks to the terrace's windbreak, you have a lovely secluded oasis where you can enjoy life in the sun loungers or the beach chair and fire up the large Weber kettle grill when it's time for dinner.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you feel the need to get out of your garden chairs, it’s wonderful to be close to Havneby’s many activity options, dining spots, and beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings. Just next to the house is the Rømø Play & Maze Park, where playful children of all ages can enjoy many fun games and acti­vi­ties. Golfers can easily walk to Rømø Golf Club’s beautiful courses, and if you want to reach the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you can follow the lovely hiking trail along the top of Havneby Dike. Depending on your mood, you can walk, bike, or drive to Sønder­strand beach, and there’s even the option to take a pleasant boat trip by ferry from Havneby to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt. A trip across the Rømø causeway to the mainland of Jutland is also recom­men­ded.
