It’s no co­in­ci­den­ce that this summer house has been named “The View,” as it is beau­ti­ful­ly situated on a large nature plot right next to a heathland area. If you don’t want to spend all your time admiring the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings, you can also indulge in the summer house’s spa and sauna when you truly need to unwind.

Welcome inside
The lovely and well-main­tai­ned wooden facade of the house, along with its beautiful eaves, hints that something good awaits indoors – and you won't be dis­ap­po­in­ted, as there is a wood stove in the living room, com­fortab­le beds in the three bedrooms, and both a spa and sauna in the bathroom. In addition to the bathroom, a guest toilet is also part of the layout, while cooking will take place in the well-equipped kitchen area that is open to the living room. The living room is not only furnished with a dining table and a cozy sofa area, but also includes a built-in nook with a mattress, perfect for an afternoon nap after lunch.

Enjoy life outside
When the weather invites outdoor coziness, there are both an east-facing and a west-facing terrace to choose from, along with swings and a sandbox on the grassy area near the summer house. Both terraces are partially covered, and on each, you can feel the idyllic peace of the nature plot – but if you also want to enjoy the view of the heather-covered heath, the west-facing terrace is where you should settle down.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Re­gard­less of the weather and the season, there is always something to do in Rømø. A walk in Bo­lil­mark's beautiful heathland is de­light­ful in the sparkling spring sun as well as in autumn’s breezynot to mention in late summer when the heather blooms and turns the area com­ple­te­ly purple. Throug­hout the year, Tvismark Plan­ta­tion and the area along the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a unique tidal area, are also wonderful places to visit. A trip to Lakolk Beach is also recom­men­ded, and if the North Sea tempts you, you can jump into the waves at the child-friendly sandy beach. If you prefer an indoor swim, you can drive over the Rømø dam to the mainland, where as summer house guests, you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
