From the moment you arrive, the summer house charms you with its classic pre­sen­ta­tion in the open air, featuring a blue wooden facade and white casement windows. Inside, you have a generous 108 m² to enjoy, and the at­mosp­he­re is excellent in the well-furnished rooms. The layout includes three com­fortab­le bedrooms and a nice bathroom, and there’s also a sauna, so you can warm up thor­oug­hly after a re­fres­hing dip or walk along the beach. However, the largest area is dedicated to the living room, which is a wonderful space with a vaulted ceiling, rustic beam con­structions, a wood stove, and a well-equipped open kitchen area. Skylights optimize the light coming in, and the west-facing glass bay window also serves as a fantastic viewpoint when you want to enjoy the view over the open landscape.

Enjoy life outside
The view is equally im­pres­si­ve outdoors, espe­ci­al­ly from the west-facing wooden terrace. You can also soak up the sun and enjoy the idyllic peace on the southeast-facing terrace, which is not only spacious but also fully enclosed, making it a great advantage if you have small children or a dog with you on holiday. For the youngest family members, there’s a sandbox and swings, while the older ones can have fun on the beach vol­ley­ball court on the 2,551 m² nature plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
You can enjoy the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings of Bolilmark from your own plot, which is plea­sant­ly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. It’s also perfect for strolling out to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the landscape on foot, and thank­ful­ly, there are good paths for you to follow while you admire the heather, listen to birdsong, and breathe in the fresh air. Close to the summer house, a path leads all the way to Lakolk Beach, where you can walk or cycle. Lakolk Beach is a lovely bathing beach with shallow, child-friendly water and white sandy bottom, with plenty of space to play, sunbathe, and take long walks. At Lakolk Shopping Center, you can enjoy ice cream and café food, as well as buy groceries and shop, and around Rømø, you’ll find several good shopping options and eateries.
