This thatched summer house is an excellent choice if you wish to spend your holidays in charming and scenic surroundings. The house itself is a well-maintained and atmospheric holiday home, while the green garden and the short distance to Vråby tree plantation and Sønderstrand beach also contribute to a fantastic holiday experience.

Welcome inside
The summer house has stood in this beautiful natural setting since 1978, and it has been well maintained and updated since its construction. Inside, there is pure summer house charm, featuring light wooden walls, vaulted ceilings with rustic roof beams, comfortable furnishings, and even a cozy wood-burning stove in the living room. A heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor climate, while the open kitchen area provides a good and functional base for cooking. If you need to completely unwind, you can enjoy the sauna, which is located next to the bathroom on the ground floor. And if the warmth makes you drowsy, you can take a well-deserved afternoon nap in one of the three bedrooms, two of which are located on the first floor.

Enjoy life outside
The 2.500 m² plot is a wonderful place to enjoy sunny weather and the idyllic peace of holiday life. The garden’s lawn is surrounded by tall trees and dense vegetation, and several seating areas and terraces are placed throughout, making it easy to find a spot with perfect sun conditions at any time of day.

Get up close to the local attractions
From the small road Kliren, you have a very short distance to Vråby tree plantation, and it’s also easy to stroll through the flat landscape if you prefer to wander among open fields. If you head to Sønderstrand beach, you can gaze far out over the North Sea and the kilometer-wide sandy beach, which is used for various wind sports. If you enjoy playing golf, you are wonderfully close to Rømø Golf Club’s beautiful 18-hole links course, which runs right down to the Wadden Sea. As a unique tidal area, the Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, meaning the natural surroundings here on Rømø are truly exceptional. The view over the water can also be enjoyed from the quay in Havneby, and from here you also can take the ferry for a trip to the neighboring island of Sylt.

On the Wadden Sea island Rømø a unique landscape is waiting to be explored, especially the wide sandy beaches, that provide unforgettable memories. Rømø offers a variety of activities, including different forms of wind sports that only can be practiced in few places in Europe. There are two ways to reach Rømø - the causeway that connects Rømø to the mainland, and the ferry that shuttles between the popular German island Sylt and Rømø. This opens a variety of excursion options.
