The summer house itself is bright and well-appointed, and the large natural plot offers plenty of goodies, from a ping-pong table and beach vol­ley­ball court to play fa­ci­li­ties for the kids.

Welcome inside
The at­mosp­he­re in the summer house is bright and inviting, it measures 95 m² and has an excellent layout for four people. The house was most recently renovated in 2020, ensuring all rooms are neat and well-main­tai­ned. While the guest toilet and the small utility room are simple and fun­ctio­nal spaces, the large bathroom is designed for wellness and equipped with a hot tub and sauna. The layout also features two good bedrooms – both with double beds – and finally, there is the living area where the living room and kitchen are in open con­nection. Here, you’ll find a wood-burning stove and a heat pump for the cold evenings, and during the day, you can enjoy the beautiful daylight streaming in through the many windows.

Enjoy life outside
The 2500 m² natural plot is a paradise for both children and adults. In beautiful, green sur­ro­un­dings, you can play beach vol­ley­ball, jump on a tram­po­li­ne, swing, and there are also op­portu­ni­ties to play ping-pong and darts under the awning. On sunny days, it’s wonderful to lounge on the large wooden terrace – possibly under the parasol or on the covered part of the terrace if you need some shade. In the evenings, there are ample op­portu­ni­ties for grilling or gathering around the fire pit while enjoying the relaxing holiday life.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Holiday life here in Rømø’s southern end is perfect for many de­light­ful beach outings. The summer house is con­ve­ni­ent­ly located near Sønder­strand, which is an im­pres­si­ve­ly wide sandy beach with plenty of space for playing, flying kites, and engaging in various wind sports like kite buggying or blokart. If not all your holiday time is spent by the water edge, there is plenty more to do on Rømø. If you’ve brought your bi­no­cu­lars, you can explore the rich birdlife in the storm meadows and mudflats, and if you dream of having an un­for­get­tab­le nature ex­pe­ri­en­ce, you can join an oyster safari in the Wadden Sea.
