Welcome inside
With its high thatched roof and dark wooden facade, the summer house fits perfectly into the scenic sur­ro­un­dings. It is the ideal place to slow down into vacation mode and com­ple­te­ly relax – including in the house's spa and sauna. At the same time, it is also a place where the whole family can gather, as the spacious house can easily ac­com­moda­te 10 people. The social re­laxa­tion moments can take place in the living area, located in the center of the summer house. Here, you will find a fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and com­fortab­le seating, along with a huge window that ensures excellent natural light. The kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, while three bedrooms and two bathrooms are sensibly di­stri­bu­ted across two sleeping areas. If you take the stairs upstairs, there is plenty of space for play and coziness in the loft, which is ad­di­tio­nal­ly furnished with two extra sleeping rooms.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, there is direct access to a south-facing wooden terrace, which is equipped with an outdoor fireplace. Thanks to the wooden fence, outdoor living can take place entirely un­dis­tur­bed, and the sur­ro­un­ding co­ni­ferous trees provide shelter as well as a lovely view. If you need a change of scenery, you can settle on the west-facing terrace – unless it’s time to get up from the garden chairs to play ball on the large grassy lawn. For the younger holiday guests, there are also several play fa­ci­li­ties, including a swing, tram­po­li­ne, and climbing frame.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you enjoy peace, quiet, and beautiful nature, it’s lovely to spend time in Kongs­mark's beautiful sur­ro­un­dings. There are many wonderful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces awaiting you on Rømø, as this area features open heaths, beach grass-clad dunes, large plan­ta­tions, and even fine viewpo­ints like Spids­b­jerg and Høstbjerg. And of course, there’s the water in the form of both the Wadden Sea and the North Sea, providing op­portu­ni­ties to collect oysters, catch shrimp, swim, surf, and much more. There are several shopping op­portu­ni­ties on Rømø, including the island’s excellent butcher nearby. If you feel like visiting the mainland, you can drive over the causeway to Skærbæk, where you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
