Ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 450 m² of the 3070 m² large natural plot is fenced so your dog can roam freely. It is allowed to bring 2 pets. The cottage, which is suitable for 6 people, is 84 m² and was built in 1973. In 2018, the cottage underwent a partial renova­tion, and it now features large windows that allow ample light and views of the com­ple­te­ly unspoiled natural plot.

There are many good reasons to choose this lovely and cozy cottage as a base for your holiday. It is located in a peaceful and private oasis at the end of a dead-end road on a large plot with trees and space for play.
The cottage includes 130 m² of terrace area, as well as an ad­di­tio­nal 20 m² covered terrace.
It is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump, sauna, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a wood stove.
It is 1000 m to the sea, where you can enjoy the beach and water acti­vi­ties. The nearest store is located 2000 m away. There is a golf course located 10 m away.
A charging station for electric vehicles is installed, and parking is available by the holiday home.

Enjoy life outside
The 3070 m² natural plot is a lovely oasis for the whole family – including four-legged members. Beautiful trees frame the outdoor areas, and there’s a swing for the children.
If you want to relax in a good garden chair, you can sit on the large wooden terrace that wraps around the house towards three cardinal di­rections. Facing south, the terrace has a covered and partially screened area, which quickly can become your favorite spot, if you want to sit outside in the evening to grill and enjoy the unspoiled natural sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The cottage has a lovely location at Hel­mus­a­ger 4 in the popular Sønder­strand area. The beautiful Sønder­strand itself is about one kilometer away, and the same distance applies to Vråby Tree plan­ta­tion, while the distance to Stormen­ge­ne is even shorter – this is a bird reserve that is part of the Wadden Sea, which UNESCO has given a pre­sti­gious place on the World Heritage List. The mag­ni­fi­cent links course of Rømø Golf Club stretches close to the house, and if you are driving or cycling, it only takes a few minutes to reach Havneby if you want to shop at the fis­h­mon­ger, dine at a re­stau­rant, or take the ferry to visit the famous German neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt.
