This is a quality building from 2007, con­structed with proper materials and styled with a keen sense of design. There are three bedrooms: two are located on the first floor, while the master bedroom is situated on the ground floor. The two bathrooms are also di­stri­bu­ted between the two levels – par­ti­cu­lar­ly no­tewort­hy is the ground floor bathroom, which is luxurious­ly equipped with both a hot tub and sauna. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a living room both upstairs and down­stairs, with a lovely kitchen-dining area on the ground floor.
The room is not only well-equipped in terms of kitchen amenities but also features a good sound system and digital radio, so you can enjoy great music while cooking. If you want to watch a good movie, that takes place in the living room on the first floor – but be prepared to tear your gaze away from the beautiful view of the golf course and the Wadden Sea.

Enjoy life outside
The view certainly doesn’t get worse when you step outside onto the first-floor balcony or the large terrace on the ground floor. Espe­ci­al­ly from the first floor, you can gaze far out over the expansive landscape and watch the ferry sailing between Rømø and Sylt on the other side of the dike. Both the balcony and terrace face south, making them sunny for a large part of the day, with part of the terrace even sheltered on three sides. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, you will find a lovely covered terrace with a dining table and outdoor kitchen, as well as a gas grill available.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is located on a closed cul-de-sac right next to the golf course. This makes it very easy if you are a golfer yourself – and if you prefer hiking, getting out into the beautiful sur­ro­un­ding nature is easy as well. For example, you can take the route that runs along the dike, leading right down to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, you can enjoy the rich birdlife and observe how the tides transform the landscape at rhythmic intervals. It is also possible to stroll into the center of Havneby to partake in the holiday life at the local square and watch the shrimp boats arriving with the day’s catch at Rømø Harbor. You can also sign up for an oyster safari and collect supplies for dinner.
