At the end of a small side road in Kongsmark, you will find this charming cottage, which has an adjoining annex set on a large and beautiful natural plot.

Welcome inside
The cottage is a lovely wooden summer house, and it has stood here in the scenic sur­ro­un­dings since 1974. In 2016, the house was renovated, and a perfect balance has been found between classic Danish summer house charm and modern comfort in the bright, at­mosp­he­ric rooms. The social gathering point is the living room, which is a wonderful space with a beautiful open kitchen, a wood stove, and stylish fur­nis­hin­gs. A bedroom with a double bed is also part of the layout, along with a bathroom that is beau­ti­ful­ly decorated with a glass shower niche and a bathtub. If you need ad­di­tio­nal sleeping places, there are two double beds and a sofa bed in the spacious and well-main­tai­ned annex.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a lovely southwest-facing tiled terrace. Here you can sit and enjoy the sunshine and the view of the natural plot's beautiful ve­ge­ta­tion while you relax in the garden chairs and con­tem­p­la­te what to put on the menu when you fire up the grill in the evening.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you've decided to grill sausages or nice steaks, the local butcher in Kongsmark is not far away. If you prefer fish, you can head to Havneby to shop at the fish store – and if you prefer to have your meal served, there is a good selection of dining options around Rømø. The cottage’s central location in Kongsmark makes it easy to go on outings, whether you want to swim in the North Sea at Lakolk Beach, go kite buggy riding on Sønder­strand, play golf in Havneby, or enjoy the view from the Juvre dike. If you feel like visiting the mainland, you can easily drive across the Rømø causeway.
