Welcome inside
Even from the outside, it’s clear that this is a quality house standing beau­ti­ful­ly and sharply. The same im­pres­sion holds true indoors, where every single room is ta­ste­ful­ly decorated with com­fortab­le, fun­ctio­nal, and at­tra­cti­ve fur­nis­hin­gs – and as a less visible detail, the water-based un­der­floor heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate and reduced heating costs. The good ceiling height and large windows make the at­mosp­he­re bright and airy – espe­ci­al­ly in the living room, which is a wonderful gathering space with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen area. Adjacent to the living room is an activity room with a pool table and foosball, where you can compete for the holiday cham­pions­hip in both di­sci­pli­nes. If you need to unwind, you can take a nap in one of the four bedrooms or on the loft, which is equipped with two mattres­ses. Complete re­laxa­tion can also occur in one of the two bathrooms, as it features both a hot tub and a sauna.

Enjoy life outside
The leisurely lifestyle can also extend to the outdoors, as there is a lovely hot tub on the terrace heated by firewood. It’s lovely to sit here when darkness falls, the birds are chirping in the treetops, and the peace of holiday life surrounds Kongsmark. Throug­hout the day, the 80 m² partially covered terrace is a wonderful place to relax while the youngest holiday guests swing on the play set or play ball on the large lawn. The outdoor life will occur in complete privacy as the 2.500 m² plot is sur­ro­un­ded by conifer trees and other lush ve­ge­ta­tion.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Kongsmark is a de­light­ful place to stay, as you are centrally located on Rømø, allowing easy access to Lakolk Beach, Havneby, and other lovely spots on the Wadden Sea island. If you want to take a trip to the mainland, the house is also con­ve­ni­ent­ly located in relation to the dyke. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, you can step directly into nature: for example, a hike in Kirkeby tree plan­ta­tion is recom­men­ded if you want to climb Spids­b­jerg, which at 19 meters is one of Rømø’s highest points. It may not sound like much, but the view is specta­cu­lar, and it is possible to see all the way to Esbjerg in clear weather.
