The 217 m² thatched cottage has an excellent layout for 12 people, making it a perfect setting for de­light­ful days with extended family or a group of good friends. Four bedrooms are evenly di­stri­bu­ted between the ground floor and the first floor, along with a large loft with extra sleeping spaces. The living areas are smartly divided; while the kitchen and living room are well in­te­gra­ted, the activity room and wellness area are located in a separate wing, ac­ces­sib­le via a glass-covered balcony. In other words, you can easily enjoy cooking in peace while table tennis matches and foosball battles are happening nearby. The wellness area features a corner spa and a small swimming pool, and from here, you also have access to one of the house's bathrooms, which is just as nice and well-kept as the other rooms.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, on the 2900 m² natural plot, you have plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, grill, and play. Parking will not be an issue, as the gravel driveway easily ac­com­moda­tes multiple cars. Sur­ro­un­ding the cottage are various terraces to choose from, allowing you to sit exactly where the sun and shelter are best, depending on the time of day. While enjoying a cool drink, you can take in the lovely view of the natural plot – and of the playset where the children can enjoy swinging and sliding.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The cottage has a lovely address on Råbjergvej in Kongsmark – close to Rømø’s east coast over­look­ing the Wadden Sea and just a few ki­lo­me­ters from Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion, Bo­lil­mark's heath landsca­pes, and other scenic excursion desti­na­tions. From the house, you have a very short distance to Na­tur­cen­ter Tønnisgård, which organizes oyster safaris and many other exciting acti­vi­ties, and it is also within walking distance to the cozy Café Hattesgård and the nearest grocery store. The drive to Lakolk Beach and the North Sea takes no more than five minutes, and if you want to head to the mainland, you can easily access the Rømø causeway.
