Welcome inside
The 132 m² large apartment is situated at the very end of Skansen, a well-pro­por­tio­ned building from 2009. The two-level layout has been highly fun­ctio­nal from the beginning, and after a change of ownership in 2020, the apart­ment's modern decor has been optimized with many great details. In the open kitchen, you have an induction stove, microwave, and dis­hwas­her at your disposal for cooking, and in the living room, a com­fortab­le sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space at night. During the day, the living room is a cozy space filled with lovely natural light and beautiful views – plus charming details such as a bio­et­ha­nol fireplace and a large flat-screen TV (without a TV package, but with streaming options). In addition to the living room and kitchen, the lower level of the apartment also features a bathroom and an entrance with laundry fa­ci­li­ties, while the upper level includes an ad­di­tio­nal bathroom and three bedrooms. Two of the three rooms have new beds, providing com­fortab­le sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments for a total of eight people in this holiday ac­com­moda­tion.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, the apart­ment's as­so­ci­a­ted terrace and two balconies also offer great spaces to enjoy the fresh air. The west-facing balcony extends from the living room and overlooks the square, while the covered east-facing balcony on the upper floor has views of the harbor and the Wadden Sea. In other words, you always have a nice place to sit, re­gard­less of the sun con­di­tions or your mood. In addition to garden furniture and sun loungers, you also have a gas grill available, and thanks to an outdoor power socket, there’s the option to charge an electric vehicle if you bring your own charging cable.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
When you stay right in Havneby, you have easy access to various amenities and charming holiday acti­vi­ties – and, of course, to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. By the square, you'll find a su­per­mar­ket, bicycle rental, and several other shops, and the town also offers a good selection of dining options. From the harbor, you can take the ferry to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt, but you can also choose to stay on Rømø, where you can go on forest walks, birdwat­ching, visit the beautiful west coast beaches, play golf, and much more.
