You’ll experience classic Danish holiday coziness to the fullest when you choose this lovely summer house in Kongsmark as your next vacation destination.

Welcome inside
It looks idyllic here on Narssagsvej, where the summer house stands charmingly and classically with a black wooden façade and white casement windows on a green natural plot. The summer house atmosphere is also superb indoors, where all renovations have been carried out gently, preserving the original charm beautifully. In the living room and the three bedrooms, you’ll find light wooden paneling on the walls, and the cozy furnishings ensure that you quickly feel at home. The open kitchen is well-equipped and functionally designed, which is nice when you head into the kitchen to whip up delicious meals for dinner. If it’s cool outside, you can light the wood-burning stove, which is effective even on a winter day—when you’ll also appreciate the underfloor heating in the lovely bathroom.

Enjoy life outside
When the summer sun is shining, you’ll likely want to spend a large portion of the day outdoors. In that case, it’s wonderful that several terraces have been created around the summer house, so you can always find a nice spot to relax regardless of the sun’s position in the sky. And no matter where you settle down, you can enjoy the view of heather and pine trees on the gently sloping natural plot, which also features a swing set and a sandbox for the youngest family members.

Get up close to the local attractions
The 2,500 m2 natural plot is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, making it a perfect setting if you dream of having peace and quiet during your vacation. At the same time, the central location in Kongsmark makes it easy to take excursions on Rømø—whether you want to go on a forest trip in Kirkeby Plantation, swim in the North Sea at Lakolk Strand, play golf in Havneby, or go on an oyster tour in the Wadden Sea. The Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, so the natural surroundings here on Rømø truly are top-notch. There are also several good shopping options and dining establishments on the island, and for example, you are not far from the combined antique shop and café Hattesgaard, where you can treat yourself to delicious, homemade cakes.

On the Wadden Sea island Rømø a unique landscape is waiting to be explored, especially the wide sandy beaches, that provide unforgettable memories. Rømø offers a variety of activities, including different forms of wind sports that only can be practiced in few places in Europe. There are two ways to reach Rømø - the causeway that connects Rømø to the mainland, and the ferry that shuttles between the popular German island Sylt and Rømø. This opens a variety of excursion options.
